“ Best Won Ton soup in town! I order carry out and the food is delicious. The won ton soup is still hot when I got it home and tasted fantastic, both the broth and the won tons. The won ton to soup ratio is perfect. The shrimp rolls are delicately seasoned and just melt in your mouth. My hubby enjoyed chicken with cashew nuts , saying everything was fresh and tasted good. The chef does a great job. This has become our favorite Chinese food restaurant. ”

“ I have been living in Richmond for about 5 years now and I think this is the best Chinese food place that I have been to so far. My friend is obsessed with this place and encouraged me to try. I am very simple when it comes to Chinese food. All I care about is the egg roll, fried rice, lomein and sometimes I will try other things like orange chicken and others but as long as those 3 things are good, I am sold. I have ordered pick up from this place twice. The last time I was there, I went with 7 other people to dine in. We were the only people in there, most people do pick ups. Everyone loved their food. I got a fried rice without veggies and spicy. It was really good. I wasn't a fan of their fried chicken. Their egg roll is probably the best egg roll in the world to me. I tried Chinese donut for the first time here, it was really good as well. I tried others food and all the food were pretty tasty. The owner was nice, he came up to talk to us and to make sure everything was okay. I do feel like they give you less food when you eat there than pick up, especially with the fried rice. I will try other things on the menu next time. Overall, this is a great place to get Chinese food, I recommend. ”

“ Arrived at 8:55 PM (on 06/10/24), as the owner was locking the door - I asked if they were closing, and he said "No, I'll cook for you!" Within 15 minutes, the hubby and I had 2 fresh, hot entrees (Orange Chicken and Beef & Broccoli) in our hungry hands - And it was delicious, by the way. Now THAT's what I call great customer service! ”

Food is piping hot, the servings are very generous, and Chen greets you with a smile and makes sure your order is accurate. Great location for those living in the Brandermill, Hallsley, and Lucks Lane areas. For those reducing carbs to keep with your New Year's Resolution, try the Happy Family with no rice...low carb, low calorie, good proteins. I've tried other places, but the Fortune Bowl provides consistency time and time again!! ”
